IM Lock Professional: Free Trial

We found IM Lock Professional by Comvigo to be one of the best internet filters on the market with a emphasis to block porn and keep your family safe while surfing on the Internet leaving you with more important things to do than run back and forth checking on your family to see what they are doing online.

Blocking pornography on your computer is very easy with any of the IM Lock versions including IM Lock Home, IM Lock Professional (which is what I recommend for a home) and also IM Lock Enterprise edition which is for businesses.  While many parental control software programs make this process difficult, IM Lock simply requires you to select the “Block Porn” tab and choose your language.  In this case, I selected “English” and the software has automatically acquired many keywords that would normally be used to search for pornography and will now block those websites.

But as with all parental control and internet filtering software, some websites may get blocked that you did not want blocked.  This is easy to overcome, just click on the “Do Not Block” tab and type the website that you do not want block and IM Lock will whitelist the domain making it available to view.
